About The Show

Following last years smash hit pantomime “Sinbad” Pendle Productions once again join forces with The Thwaites Empire Theatre to bring you:

What happens when you cross the most wonderful time of the year with the most magical fairy tale of all time? Pendle Productions in association with Lowther Pavilion Theatre present the spectacular professional family pantomime "Cinderella".

Pendle Productions are renowned for their high quality pantomimes and this "Cinderella" will dazzle and delight with sumptuous sets, amazing costumes and one of the best pantomime casts in the country. From the start of our story when our Fairy Godmother meets Prince Charming, to the final presentation of the glass slipper you will be carried along on this magical fairy tale ride of a production. Meet Buttons who looks after Baron Hard Up and his three daughters, two of which are so ugly that one sight of them would easily curdle milk! Then there is Cinderella the prettiest girl in the land, who is bullied by her two ugly sisters, Gertrude and Flossy.

This production is brought to life with spectacular visual effects in the traditional pantomime style. So get ready to shout and cheer Buttons, Cinderella and Prince Charming - But do remember to BOO and BOO again every time you see the Ugly Sisters up to their evil ways!

With all the elements that Panto audiences have come to expect - big song and dance numbers, lavish scenes, romance, comedy and lots of audience participation - Cinderella is sure to be the ONLY pantomime to see in Lancashire this Christmas so book your tickets now before the clock strikes midnight!
